Shipping policy
Rosies Workwear ships from Kansas using the United Sates Post office for our USA orders, First Class and Priority Mail shipping. For our International orders we ship United States Post Office and UPS.
Shipping is calculated based on your address and package weight. The shipping total will be given at checkout. We also offer international shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Please note international shipping does not include duties and taxes!
Please make sure to put the correct address in & review it when placing an order. Please note: once an order is placed, making changes to your order/canceling your order are not able to be made. We are not responsible for any packages wrongly delivered to an address the customer has put on the order.
You will automatically be sent an email with your tracking number when we are packaging your order. Sometimes it might take 1-2 days for us to actually get it in the hands of the carrier, but once your package is in their hands, the timeline can vary based on location. If you do not provide your email address on the order you will not receive your tracking number.
Please note, once an order has been passed to USPS or UPS we are no longer responsible for the timeline or condition of the package. If you do not receive your order, your products are damaged, or tracking has stalled, please email info@rosiesworkwear.com with your order number and information so we can file a claim. Also, make sure to file a claim with USPS, as they are responsible for the completion of your delivery.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We process and ship orders Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. It can take up to 5 business days (excluding Holidays and weekends) to ship your order from the date of your receipt.
Once you place an order, you will receive an email that confirms that the transaction was successful. When your item leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with the shipping information, and your package’s estimated date of arrival.
USA SHIPPING
Deliveries can take 2-5 business days depending on your location. Recently due to Covid-19 delays, it seems that orders can take additional time. Packages sent with USPS are experiencing massive delays in transit, sometimes up to 4 or more weeks domestically. We are NOT responsible for USPS delays. We do not consider a package "LOST" until we see that there is a stall in transit for 4+ weeks. Please keep an eye on your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Rosies will ship worldwide. However, for our international orders we do not accept exchanges or returns.
Please note: import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These will be your responsibility, so please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchases.
Refusing a package will result in loss of funds and/or additional costs to customer.
Normal deliveries can take anywhere from 10-20 business days. International deliveries can be delayed due to the border and customs processes; please keep this in mind when making your order. We are NOT responsible for USPS or UPS delays.
Due to Covid-19, currently international orders have been significantly delayed. It can take up to 4+ weeks to arrive. We are not responsible for USPS or UPS delays. We also cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
We highly recommend you choose anything but FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL. First Class International DOES NOT track your package once it leaves the USA, it is not insured and could take months for your package to arrive. However if you choose First Class International - we are not responsible if the package is lost or arrives months later.
