We understand that there is occasionally a need to exchange or return an item. That is why we offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Rosies purchase, you may return your item(s). For a full refund of the product cost or exchange, products be in original condition:
- Packaged in the original packaging
- Unworn/Unused
- Unwashed
- No perfume or smells
- No animal hair
- No Stains (makeup, dirt, spots ect.)
Any returns received that do not meet this criteria will only be returned to the customer at their expense. Items that were on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipts. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return shipping fees are paid by the customer. Rosies will pay shipping back to the customer during an exchange.
Please note that when sending a return or exchange, make certain to retain your tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit by the shipper. Returns that do not arrive at our warehouse cannot be processed without a valid tracking number. To return or exchange an item, simply fill out the return form and mail it back with your item along with the shipping invoice. Please note returns and exchanges can take up to 14 business days to process.
We have found that USPS is often the least expensive method for shipping packages. Items may be returned in the envelope/package they were shipped in, just be sure to cover the old shipping label and securely tape them.

International Orders and Sale Items
International orders or sale items are not eligible for either a refund or exchange. All sale items and international orders are FINAL SALE.
Incorrect Package
We always pack our orders with love and attention, however occasionally orders may be shipped out incorrectly. In that case, we will gladly send a shipping label for your return with apologies! If there is a problem with your order, please email us at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Manufacturer Defected Items
Please contact us if you find damage/manufacturer defect on your garment within the first 30 days of receiving package. Our policy will cover manufacturing issues such as seams, buckles, or something that was put together incorrectly. In most cases, we will reimburse the cost of having it repaired, or it may be returned for repair (which usually takes 60 days to be returned to you).
Our policy will not cover rips in the fabric as a result of snagging it or wearing it thin since this is a typical reaction of cotton. We use a heavy grade of cotton twill to prevent this from occurring but they are still cotton (not rip-stop polyester). We prefer to provide breathable natural fabrics rather than synthetics.
